When the website is accessed, our host automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type and operating system. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website.

The website is hosted by LHISP S.A., 1 rue Drosbach, L-3372 Leudelange, Luxembourg. The servers are located in Luxembourg (EU). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
When you use the contact form, submitting it opens your e-mail program and prepares a message to info@colex.lu. The details you enter are transmitted: name, company, e-mail address, phone number (optional), printing process, type of enquiry and your message.
We use this data solely to process your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures/performance of a contract) or (f) (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
This website uses web fonts for consistent display. Note: where fonts are hosted locally on the server, no data is transmitted to third parties. If they are loaded from an external provider (e.g. Google Fonts), your IP address is transmitted to that provider. We are working to host all fonts locally.
We reserve the right to use a privacy-friendly analytics or B2B identification tool that recognises the visiting company (not individual persons) based on the IP address, in order to identify business prospects. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in B2B business development). You may object to this processing at any time (see section 9). This clause applies as soon as such a tool is actually used.
This website currently uses no tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary functions are used (e.g. a one-time storage of your language choice in your browser for the duration of the visit). A cookie consent banner is not required for this.
